1. Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns on all unworn, unwashed, and undamaged lingerie items within 03 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

2. Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on lingerie items that have been worn, washed, or have had their tags removed. Additionally, any items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return.

3. Initiation of Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sale@adidassale.in Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received, we will provide a prepaid return label.

5. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it for eligibility. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process the refund or exchange within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

6. Refunds: Refunds will be processed for the purchase price of the returned item, excluding any shipping charges. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

7. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate your preference during the return initiation process. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

8. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
